Wonderful experience here! The staff is so kind. I didn’t get the barista’s name, but they were easy to talk to and very friendly. The dark roast is smooth and mildly bitter in the best way. My oat milk cortado was lovely. A perfect way to spend a rainy brunch!

Forget the burnt espresso, the mounds of sugar and overpriced beverages at the chain coffee shops- come check out this local business! My husband and i have become regulars here. I get a hot latte with oat milk and sweetened with vanilla syrup and I’ve never been disappointed 10/10

So glad i stumbled across this coffee shop. Literally some of the best coffee I’ve had in RVA. The staff is super friendly and accommodating, atmosphere is very relaxed, food great as well.

The best local coffee shop in the area! The baristas are super nice, the espresso and cold brew are perfect, and they offer excellent and inexpensive sandwiches. You would spend more at Starbucks and would enjoy it less. A hidden gem!

Hands down the best coffee shop & roaster in the area! Guide roasts all of the coffee they use for drinks + retail in-house & their attention to quality shows. Whether you prefer drip coffee or espresso drinks, you can’t go wrong here. Their location is slightly tucked away from main roads, but it’s absolutely worth your time to go check them out ✌🏻

Just purchased Breville coffee machine. Noticed that the machine was making average coffee. After 1kg of wasting coffee bean, decided to give local coffee bean a try. 100% Arabica whole bean, freshly roasted made a huge difference in quality of coffee. I got the Rivercity blend , which is their most famous bean, and it is flawlessly good. $18 for 340g of coffee bean may seem pricey for some people, but I think its worth it. This local roasting company just got a new loyal customer!

Found this place last week when I was on the hunt for quality coffee. Have not stopped going back since! The coffee is amazing. And the Midlo roast is the kind they use in Gelate Celesti ice cream, my absolute fav! 10/10 recommend.

I can’t say enough good about this place. I am never disappointed when I come in. They are so kind, the food is amazing and the COFFEE 😍 In my top fave coffee shops for sure. Thank you guys for being here and for creating an atmosphere that I love!

I was so glad to find this new spot, a bit off the beaten path. The staff was friendly and spent time explaining the different roasts; offering samples and suggestions. The café space was clean and had a relaxing atmosphere. I just got an Americano and stayed for a bit, but I fully recommend this place to anyone looking to do a little work or just enjoy good cup of coffee.
